Inspiration behind Shifty
Eran was disappointed with previous films about urban life, they ‘tended to get it wrong.’ So he started to create Shifty to show what real life was like there. He had grown up in Essex and therefore had heard and new from personal experiences some interesting stories, putting all the stories together, he cam up with Shifty.
